Smoked Pistachios
Smischny Family started smoking pistachios by adding a little flavor of jalapenos at their home. After our stomachs were full of pistachios, we thought to share with family and friends. As they enjoyed them as much as we did, we figured others might like them as well.
Small Family Business
In 2008 we decided to open up Smischny’s Smokin Hot Nuts, keeping it a small family business owned by Tim and Stacy Smischny. Our pistachio nuts are slow-smoked once they come off the smoker they are packaged immediately to keep them as fresh as we can.
